Crisis management in pre-university schools

The Alumni Academic Foundation was a partner in the project “Crisis management in pre-university education institutions”, funded by the European Social Fund.

Target group

120 head teachers and deputy heads from schools across Romania:

• 60 from high schools, colleges and vocational school groups: 20 each from teacher-training high schools, national colleges and school groups
• 60 from primary and lower-secondary schools in urban and rural areas

The training programme

• two modules, 120 hours, accredited with 30 transferable credits
• training sessions held in Constanța in June–July 2011
• in the following stages (2012–2013), the trained head teachers helped roll out and disseminate the project, including as trainers

The programme was fully funded from European funds, including participants’ travel, accommodation, meals and training.
