This policy explains what personal data the Alumni Academic Foundation of the “Mircea cel Bătrân” National College in Constanța (“the foundation”, “we”) collects through fundatia-alumni.ro, why we collect it and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect and why
Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, optionally phone number, and the subject and content of your message. We use them to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
We never use your data for advertising, sell it or publish it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages sent through the contact form for at most 2 years after our last exchange.
Who can access it
Only the foundation members handling your request can access your data. Messages from the contact form are delivered to the foundation’s mailbox through our web hosting provider’s server. These providers process the data only to run their services.
Cookies and third-party services
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. For security reasons, our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (for example IP address and the page requested) for a limited period.
YouTube videos load only after you press play, via youtube-nocookie.com. From that point Google’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to fundatia_alumni@yahoo.com.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
